To Start Papad Business

Papad is a traditional Indian food item, which can be prepared ahead and served as needed. Papad is a thin crispy wafer like disc.  These round wafers, also known as pappadums, made of fragrant spiced lentil flour may be roasted or deep fried.  It is used as an accompaniment to an Indian meal, as a snack and as croutons in soups.  The product is free from gluten, rich in protein and dietary fiber.
It is also eaten as an appetizer or a snack and can be eaten with various toppings such as chopped onions, chutney or other dips and condiments. In certain parts of India, raw papadums are used in curries and vegetable preparations. Papadums are made in different sizes. Smaller ones can be eaten like a snack chip and the larger ones can be used to make wraps.
Papads are not the easiest things to create.  If looking to start papad business solely on the production of Papads then it would be wise to invest in a Papad making machine.  Doing the work by hand is rigorous having to grind everything up with a mortar and pestle.
